If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your finished product, we do our best to resolve any discrepancies that there may be by either printing  another version of the same photo (at no cost), printing a different photo chosen by the customer (at no cost) or by refunding the entire cost of the photo to the customer.  Original finished photo must be shipped back for the process to start.
